A STUDENT has revealed the peculiar name her classmate gave her daughter, as well as her disappointment at her failure to commit to the topic.

Critics complained about the royal-inspired name, which many said would brand the baby as a “horse girl.”

Editor PumpkinTraditional491 shared the baby’s unique name in a post.

“One of my classmates named his beautiful blessing Sadler Reign,” they said.

They added that, as if the unconventional name wasn’t enough, the photos of the baby’s room were even more discouraging.

“Disappointed that the nursery didn’t lean more into the horse theme,” they said.

They joked that the situation was a “tragedy,” a Reddit term for a misspelled or made-up name.

“A tragedy of a girl on a horse,” they said.

One photo revealed a neutral-colored corner of a room decorated with brown and beige baby clothes, a lamp, an armchair, bookshelves and a sign that read “Sadler Reign, due in July 2024.”

Critics expressed their feelings and explained that they weren’t sure what left them most disappointed.

Many said they had to choose their parents’ names.

“Sadler Reign irritates me on a cellular level and I can’t put my finger on why,” said one commenter.

“Giddyup? It’s dizzying, not for me,” said another.

“This baby name sounds like it belongs in a fairy tale about a princess who rides a horse,” said a third.

“Sadler? I barely know her!” she joked a quarter.

One commenter pointed out that the child will have a depressing nickname.

“Her nickname will be Sad,” they said.

They added that the beige-themed baby room wasn't much better

Some people were upset that she spelled her daughter’s middle name “Reign” and not “Rein.”

“If it has to be that name, it should be spelled Rein, like horses, not queens. At least be consistent, dammit,” complained one critic.

Others insisted that the home’s decor was just as bad, if not worse.

“What I think is worse than this poor tragedy is how many women, for some reason, think the so-called beige aesthetic is shit,” said one critic.

“It’s absolutely horrible and the last thing you want is to decorate a room for a baby.”

“I hate sad beige baby things,” agreed another.

“My best friend and a co-worker are pregnant. They will have girls.

“I bought things for the babies. Colorful, nothing beige.”
