She spent just $2.50 on two items and created a piece of art that looked more expensive.

The blue and white pattern she chose gave off a fine china vibe.

FAKE FINE DINING

Sheri showed that all you need is a bowl, a plate, and matching hot glue to attach them.

You can choose any color or pattern and it will still look so cute no matter what.

The price also can’t be beat for its elegant appearance.

She demonstrated firsthand how to do her DIY method in one step.

I bought a dupe from Dollar Tree for a $34 makeup spray that you can buy at Ulta – it gave me a glow and pulled my look together

“Hot glue the bottom of the bowl and attach it to the middle of the plate,” she explained.

Easily elevated the kitchen space.

At the end of the video, she showed viewers that she placed freshly baked cookies on top.

“I couldn’t believe how cute this turned out,” she gushed.

She just used hot glue to attach the bottoms of each kitchen purchase to each other.

VIEWER VOICES

While many viewers were fans of this, others wondered why she wouldn’t just go to the thrift store and buy real china.

“Cute idea for thrift store finds too!” one commented.

“Or listen to me, go to the thrift store or antique store and buy a beautiful glass cake stand that will last a lifetime,” said another.

Some people understood why she chose to go to the discount store.

“Great idea! For those talking about thrift stores… prices have skyrocketed since Covid. Prices are literally ridiculous and very close to unused prices,” said one Instagram user.

“It’s adorable! Don’t listen to negative people,” added another.

“Great idea! I already did this with the transparent ones, now I’m going to get some like this,” wrote a fan.
