A THROUPLE has opened up about their unique relationship, leaving many completely divided.
Alana, 27, Kevin, 33, and Megan, 37, a couple from northern Colorado, are using social media to raise awareness about their relationship — and about polyamory.

Known online as ‘Camp Throuple’, the trio have been in a relationship for four years, with Alana and Kevin dating for three years before that.
It was in 2020 that Alana Underwood, who has always been open about her “bi-curiosity,” first approached Kevin about the idea of bringing a third person into their relationship.
Kevin, who works as a product manager for a start-up, wasn’t against the idea, and the pair met Megan Smith, operations manager, through the three-way dating app 3Fun.
Now, the trio lives together as a couple in California and in addition to sharing the same bed, they divide chores and rent in three.
Additionally, the trio confirmed that because there are three people in the relationship, they also need to wait in line to kiss.
Posting online, the couple opened up about their polyamorous relationship, as Megan admitted: “We are a couple and yes, we all sleep in the same bed.”
The trio use social media to post educational content about their relationship, but often receive nasty responses from haters, as Kevin confirmed: “We’re a trio, and according to most people on the internet, we’re going straight to hell. ”
Not only that, but Alana stated, “We are a trio and no, we are not looking for a room.”
Megan then shared that being in a group makes it impossible to choose what to eat or watch, while Kevin stated that the trio blocks the way when they hold hands.
Afterwards, Alana acknowledged that one bathroom simply isn’t enough for them, while Megan smiled: “We’re a couple, we’ve mastered the art of sharing everything.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @camping groupIt clearly impressed many as it quickly went viral and has since racked up 1.9 million views.
But social media users were extremely divided – while many were supportive of the trio’s relationship, not everyone was so kind.

THEY say two is company and three is a crowd – and judging by the contents of my mailbox, a lot of people struggle to make relationships involving three people work.
To be clear, a threesome describes a romantic, committed relationship between three people.
This should not be confused with a threesome, which involves sex between three people, or an open relationship, where people have sex with people other than their partner.
I get a lot of emails from readers who have tried threesomes, couples, and open relationships and ended up more unhappy than ever.
My advice would be to only start considering non-monogamy if you are secure in yourself and your relationship.
If you struggle with jealousy, this is not the setting for you.
Those who claim to have made nonmonogamy work invariably operate with basic rules.
Firstly, they are good communicators, ensuring they are open and honest with each other.
Secondly, they absolutely ensure that all partners agree.
Third, consider and discuss your long-term relationship goals.
They communicate regularly, ensuring everyone is still comfortable with the setup.
And finally, set clear limits and expectations – and, most importantly, respect them.
It’s interesting that the three in this film don’t want children, which is exactly the kind of long-term life goal that’s so important to discuss.
Not only would it cause problems if one partner desperately wanted a child and the other two did not, but it would also be crucial to ensure that all children were brought into a loving and stable environment.

Although one woman admitted, “I’m old school, I’m not okay with it, it’s not for me.”
