But a proud “cougar” recently revealed her main motivation on days when she lacks energy – younger boys working out at the gym.

On Instagram, trainer Pam Campbell, 52, shared how younger men work wonders when she needs a little extra push to get to a session.
The stunning blonde, believed to be from the US, proudly shared the secret formula in a clip where she can be seen yawning.
”When you’re tired AF [as f**k] at the gym – but you’re single and love younger guys.
“Never miss a day of gymnastics,” the self-confessed cougar said in the video.
”Enough! Does anyone identify?? ”Pam was wondering if she was the only one.
The 52-year-old gym babe ended her “bad marriage” with her previous partner after falling “into depression”.

But after years of working on herself, Pam – who wants children – thinks she’s ready for a fresh start with a future Romeo.
”I remember turning 40. In a bad marriage because I settled. I wanted kids and family, but I was running out of time,” she bravely opened up. her page.
“My husband was an addict and didn’t work. I worked from 6am to 7pm at the gym.
”Now I can say that I will be the best partner, supportive and loving.
“I’m always working on myself, but I’m much more aware and able to love another person unconditionally,” she said, proudly showing off her toned, muscular body.
But despite being praised for “teaching perimenopausal women how to lift weights”, Pam was also brutally criticized for her cougar lifestyle.
Hundreds insisted that if the roles were reversed, the reaction would be completely different.
One said: “Imagine an older man saying that about younger women… he would be labeled a groomer.”
