A WOMAN has left the internet shocked with her age gap relationship, and no, it’s not the age gap that causes raised eyebrows.

Demi Engemann, a mother of three from the United States, took to social media to reveal when she met her second husband, Brett.

The young woman revealed that she met her husband when she was just ten years old and her partner was 26.

At the time, they were not together, but three years ago the pair met again and began a relationship.

Brett was a quarterback at Brigham Young University, now Demi is 30 and her partner is 46, and they share three children from previous relationships.

She revealed that she married young and divorced at age 24, when her daughter was just 3 years old.

But she found love again with Brett and says it was worth the wait.

Although the end of her first marriage wasn’t ideal, the two are now good friends and she and Brett regularly hang out with her ex and his wife as well.

But the couple left people shocked when she shared a clip of the two posing in front of the camera and kissing.

She wrote: “Thinking about the ‘you meet people twice’ theory and how I was 10 and he was 26 when we met.”

“The universe really said ‘not yet,’” she captioned the post.

In previous videos, Demi revealed that people often mistake Brett for her father.

She said: “When you marry someone older because he is more mature than guys your age and now people think you are married to your father.”

The clip posted to his TikTok account @demilucymay_ It has since gone viral with over 699,000 views and 44,000 likes.

People were quick to take on the comments, claiming they wouldn’t admit they met when she was just a child if it were them.
