AKEEN Romeo’s rather bizarre proposal left social media users horrified.
An intimate date on the beach, while on vacation, or in the same place the two of you first met – just a few of the ways you can propose to your loved one.
However, one man caused quite a stir on Reddit after opting for a tattoo on his arm that read: ”Nicole, will you marry me?”
The now-viral design, which received a slew of responses, also included a “Yes” and “No” box, stipulating that if Nicole married Romeo, the bride would be his. from ”2024 – 4ever”.
According to the man, he would first seek approval from his girlfriend’s father before organizing the wedding ceremony.
The postunder the heading “do you think she said yes?”, sparked a fierce debate on the forum – but unfortunately, for the tattoo enthusiast, his romantic gesture didn’t prove to be a big hit with many.
Several social media users, for example, were wondering what the beloved ink would do if their darling turned down the unusual proposal.
Despite Romeo’s boldness to tattoo the proposal on his body, many people considered the bold gesture also absurd in their eyes.
Jesus… run Nicole, run far away
Social media userReddit
One shocked Redditor shared: “I’ve seen some genuinely impressive levels of idiocy in my forty-five years on earth, but this is excellent.”
Another added: “This looks like an image that would go viral on Facebook in 2013.
”The fact that this is from 2024 surprises me.”
Another person, however, wasn’t so harsh, sharing how they would act when proposed this way.
“Regardless of how much I loved him, I would have to say no for about half an hour. Too good an opportunity to pass up.”
A fourth joked: “And the award for Outstanding Achievement in Idiocy for no reason goes to.”
The unusual ink sparked jokes and comments as people said they would have turned down the proposal as the situation was too funny.
One fan on Reddit joked: “I could be madly in love and devoted to someone. If they came up with this, it would disappear immediately.
“I would never trust my judgment when dating again after being so crazy about an impulsive, foolish, money-wasting man.”
Another advised the woman: “Jesus… run Nicole, run far away.”
