In my humble opinion, there are two good things about August: shopping and Taylor Swift’s “August” (read: salty air and rust on your doorstep…). The bad thing, though? Summer is slowly coming to an end. But I’m not mad about it since Nordstrom New Arrivals Section It’s so, so good now. With a little snooping (I literally shop for a living, it’s my job to dig), I can safely say that the section is stacked now.

Thanks to the large number of products the retailer sells (I have approximately 82 products in my cart right now), it’s hard to figure out what to buy and what to pass on at Nordstrom – especially now that autumn fashion The season is quickly approaching and new styles are popping up left and right. Since August is arguably the most exciting time of year to shop, I’m not going to be the gatekeeper and help you out.

This gorgeous pair of earrings looks a lot more expensive than it is—and it’s the easiest way to embrace the bow trend without going full Angelina Ballerina.

Honestly, I could just put them in my second piercing in each ear and never take them out. They look just as good with shorts and a tank top as they do with jeans and a sweater.

A new month is the perfect time to invest in cute socks that won’t tear after two washes, right? This 3-pack from Zella (I love the purple hues!) comes with supportive ribs around the arches for added comfort. I already know that Zella makes the best leggings, so I definitely trust their sock game.

“I love these socks and will be stocking up! They’re the perfect thickness and don’t slide off my ankle after running or a long day of walking,” said one five-star reviewer.

I’m a huge fan of all things Verb (especially this volumizing texture spray), so I’m really excited about this new scalp scrub. Unlike most scalp scrubs, this formula is not a physical exfoliant. Instead, it uses chemical exfoliants (AHAs and BHAs) to gently remove buildup and dead skin cells. Meanwhile, moringa oil and biotin soften, straighten and improve hair elasticity.

“So refreshing,” wrote one shopper. ‘I love how easy it is to apply and the refreshing effect it has. It left my roots feeling lighter and got rid of any dry/flaky patches.

I can never have too many white t-shirts in my closet – can you? The flattering cut of this shirt is the perfect combination of casual, cool, and perfect for wearing over jeans. It also comes in other neutral colors like black and gray.

“This is the best fitting and best looking t-shirt I own,” said one fan. “Beautiful fabric and washes well.” This shopper agreed: “I’m always trying to find the perfect t-shirt and this might be it!”

Look, I’m the favorite daughter in my family and I want the world to know that. It doesn’t matter that I’m the only daughter. This cheeky sweatshirt comes in a variety of color schemes, but the collegiate look of this gray and blue is perfect for back-to-school weather (even though I graduated college many moons ago).

“Beautiful and great quality. It was perfect for our daughter’s birthday because we refer to her as our favorite daughter – she is our only child!” joked one shopper.

Years later, I’m still obsessed with the raw hem jeans trend. This pair is inspired by ’90s dad jeans (hence the name), giving them a slightly flared silhouette. And the stretchy material will keep things comfortable even when they’re broken.

They look great with heeled sandals or wedges while the weather is still warm. In fall, pair them with a sweater and boots.

Even though fall fashion is all around us, I refuse to give up my white dresses just yet. This flowy dress is made from a linen blend for those really hot late summer days. The simple silhouette suits all body types, and the adjustable straps and smock bottom keep you comfortable.

The simple reason I love it? It’s a women’s staple that I know I’ll wear again and again. When colder weather arrives, I can easily add a cardigan to stay warm.

Since its debut in 1979, the Nike Killshot has been a fan favorite on and off the court. The combination of the gum sole and olive green swoosh is really fun for transitional weather. And if your school years were anything like mine, this time of year always meant a new pair of sneakers.

“Loving the retro look,” wrote one shopper. “They are very comfortable and don’t need to be broken in. They run true to size and go with everything. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them.”

One of the biggest trends of 2024 has been the return of Mary Jane flats. The timelessly chic shoe goes with everything and this podiatrist-approved pair from Vionic brings style and comfort. They feature a cushioned insole, arch support and a deep heel for all-day stability and comfort.

“I needed to replace my old flats with something that had good arch support. They are super cute and I can walk a distance in an airport without my feet and legs getting sore,” said one fan.

I love a good Kate Spade bag (who doesn’t?) and this burgundy beauty is my new obsession. Seriously, I can’t stop thinking about it. The medium-sized leather bag has top carrying handles and a detachable crossbody strap, but it’s the burgundy hue that has me dreaming about it day and night.

“This bag is so cute. It’s small but holds a lot of stuff – a large wallet, iPhone, keys, glasses, with room to spare!” exclaimed one five-star reviewer. “The leather is super soft and the knot gives the bag a feminine touch.”
