Experts warn that you shouldn’t weigh too much with these accessories, as anything over two pounds can significantly affect your gait, leading to poor technique that could harm you in the long run. Also, don’t expect to tone: you’ll still need to go to the gym to build muscle, as these weights are too light to make much of a difference.
Go deep with friends
