Why do I need this?

I was always curious about bidets, but they seemed so European, so sophisticated and so inaccessible. I just imagined those separate, toilet-like features – I had no idea you could get a simple fixture without having to buy a whole new toilet. As a renter, I never thought I would get that high-class bathroom experience. Only when I checked into a quirky motel where the bathrooms were equipped with a bidet attachment did I have the opportunity to clean myself like a queen, for a miserable price.
