A CAR renovator has assembled a collection of highly sought-after vehicles, including several speed-racing relics of his own.

Dave Kindig, owner and operator of Kindig-it Design, said he owns a custom Porsche and a classic Corvette.

Kindig-it Design is at the center of a popular television show.

Bitchin’ Rides is a MotorTrend reality show that follows Kindig’s design team.

Kindig and his employees transform ordinary cars into extraordinary custom rides in each episode.

However, the famous car designer took a look inside his own garage.

Kindig, a longtime enthusiast, explained what drivers would see inside his car collection in a 2023 interview with Tours and excursions.

He said his garage has sports cars, luxury vehicles, ATVs and motorcycles.

A flight of stairs allows viewers to move between the clearly defined two-story vehicle storage area.

“It’s basically a two-story garage,” he said.

“If you jumped up and down, you’d realize you’re in a hollow floor under which each of those top floor vehicles, I put 3 underground elevators and 70 inch windows and my own foundation.”

Kindig said he owns a Porsche Panamera Grand Turismo.

The hybrid sports wagon is custom-made with a Bordeaux black interior and gaps filled with carbon fiber.

Kindig called the German sports car his “snobby rod.”

His classic collection, which included his father’s 1957 Corvette and a 1967 Chevelle, was on display on the top floor.

Kindig’s wife also houses a Mercedes-Benz S550 on the top floor of the garage.

He said he hides a Ferrari 458 in the basement of the garage. Another custom-made West Coast Chopper motorcycle is hidden downstairs.

“I really like going fast,” he said of the Ferrari.

“I followed that car, it is a very capable car. From what I understand, it’s the best Ferrari has ever built.”

He also said he didn’t pay enough attention to his ATVs.

“You would find a 4-door turbocharged Maverick, loaded, with only 500 miles and almost 5 years old, and that’s because I never get to use it,” Kindig told the publication.

“It’s embarrassing.”
