A SHADY warehouse near an airport housed a pile of dismantled luxury vehicles totaling $225,000, police alleged.

The luxury cars were missing thousands of dollars worth of equipment. Several dismantled Jaguar, Land-Rover and Mazda SUVs had their parts dismantled and sold for scrap, police said.

Police from Peel Regional Police’s Commercial Automotive Crimes Bureau in a Toronto suburb found the warehouse, according to a Press release.

The agency said it tracked a stolen 2024 Mercedes-Benz SUV back to the warehouse after alleged thieves took it from a shopping mall.

The SUV returned to the warehouse, where police claim they discovered “several other high-quality stolen vehicles.”

The warehouse stored eight vehicles, according to the release.

Police say the cars were “in the process of being dismantled and destroyed.”

According to photos in the statement, engine parts were ripped from the vehicles. VIN numbers were taken from body parts. The doors were unscrewed from the hinges.

“Vehicle parts would then be sold for a profit,” police wrote.

“A search warrant was executed at the workshop the following day, leading to the discovery of more parts and equipment used to disassemble vehicles.”

Following the discovery, police arrested four men on 18 charges.

The men face charges ranging from theft of a motor vehicle to damage exceeding $5,000.

Police claimed that the alleged thieves managed to evade responsibility because of their innocuous warehouse.

Their supposed parking lot was near Toronto Pearson Airport.

The photos included a Jaguar F-Pace SUV with no bumpers and wheels.

A Land Rover Range Rover had its headlights and doors ripped off the vehicle.

The Mazda CX-9’s engine was missing.
