My neighbor stole my daily parking space for his NINE cars… so I got £9,000 revenge

A HOMEOWNER has revealed how he got revenge on his neighbor for stealing his £9,000 parking space.

The woman complained that the selfish driver, who owns NINE cars, parked two of them in front of her house, despite having a sizeable garage.

The neighbor allegedly refused to leave his engines on his property as he thought it would make the driveway look “tacky.”

But commentators were divided over the jaded woman’s dastardly revenge – especially when she slapped her neighbor with a £9,000 note.

Sharing her frustration on Reddit, she said: “My neighbors have nine cars parked on the street.

“They always park two cars in front of my house and don’t move them all week.

“We have a regulation where we live that prohibits leaving your car parked for more than 48 hours in the same location.

“My neighbors have a big garage that can fit four cars, but it’s always empty.

“They told me they don’t like cars coming out of the garage because it looks tacky.

“More than half of the cars they have don’t even use them. They just use them to find safe parking spaces for themselves.

“In 2021, they built a second unit at the back of the main house.

“I realized they completed the house in less than a month. This has raised some red flags because it takes 2-3 months, and city inspections take most of that time.

“I sent a fine to my city through the app and warned them that some illegal residential buildings might be unlicensed. I only thought about it a lot a year later.

“I noticed that my neighbors demolished their second unit last week. Word got around our block that a city inspector was there making sure everything was being demolished.”

The woman revealed that based on the materials and labor they invested in the second unit, their revenge cost them more than £90,000.
