A TESLA Cybertruck, draped in a custom American flag with Donald Trump’s face emblazoned on the C-pillar, was spotted outside the former president’s recent rally.

Former President Trump held a rally in Doral, Florida, in front of fans and a handful of celebrities. The Cybertruck owner’s EV was spotted outside the event.

The Cybertruck, already one of the flashiest cars on the roads, was stamped with public displays of idolization of the 45th President.

Drivers have mixed opinions about the custom truck in the X.

“How unpleasant. I would be embarrassed to drive this,” one driver commented on a photo of the vehicle.

Another driver said it was a cool custom wrap “no matter who you vote for.”

The wrap features an American flag, several “CyberTrump” decals, and even a profile of Trump’s face.

A printed line of fake holes and screws runs along the truck’s seams.

A few hundred meters away from the parked truck, Trump criticized electric vehicles during his speech.

The former president falsely claimed that electric vehicle drivers had to wait three hours to charge their vehicles for every 45 minutes of driving.

Most EVs have around 300 miles of range and charging speeds around 30 minutes on Level 3 plugs.

On average, it takes drivers about five hours to drive 300 miles.

Trump’s speech attracted several conservative politicians and some celebrities.

Florida Republican Congressman Byron Donalds was also in attendance.

Rumors about a potential Trump endorsement from Tesla CEO Elon Musk have been circulating for months.

Musk has repeatedly criticized the Biden administration in posts on his social media site, X.

The billionaire CEO has supported right-wing arguments on social issues such as immigration and LGBT rights.

However, the two men have repeatedly commented on their disagreement over electric vehicle policies.

“Well, I like Elon, but the car,” Trump said, according to Political.

“If you want to take a trip to a place like Mar-a-Lago to say hello to me, you’d better get a different form of transportation.”

INSIDE THE CYBERTRUCK

Musk’s Cybertrucks will begin hitting American roads after years of fanfare in November 2023.

About the Tesla Cybertruck

There are three trim levels for the esteemed EV pickup truck, starting at $81,000 and going up to $101,000 depending on the trim level.

With a single or triple engine configuration, the Cybertruck is more than just modern looks and sharp angles. The EV pickup truck has 600 horsepower with a dual-motor configuration, and the tri-motor reaches 834 horsepower. With 100% torque at zero RPM due to the electric motors, the truck can tow up to 11,000 pounds.

Range, despite the weight, averages 340 miles, and the Supercharger network can add between 128 and 136 miles in just 15 minutes of fast charging. Zero to 60 times for the dual and triple engine variants are less than four seconds.

While the starting price for the dual and triple motor configuration is a steep $81,895 to $101,985, a rear-wheel drive version will debut in 2025 and will start at $62,985.

Since then, Tesla has ramped up production of the famous angular, bulletproof EVs.

Based on the number of Cybertrucks included in recent recalls, the pickups are now considered the best-selling electric pickup trucks in the U.S. market.

Tesla and several electric vehicle competitors do not report individual car sales in their quarterly earnings, making it nearly impossible to find the number of Cybertrucks on the road.
