A CAR enthusiast has shared an incredible collection of rare Dodge cars stored in an unassuming barn.
Ryan Brutt, known as The Auto Archaeologist, shared the engine assembly, which included three decades-old Daytonas.
Brutt (@AutoArchaeology) shared a post on YouTube video where he visited a family’s barn, in an undisclosed location, to check out their collection.
Many of the iconic cars were from the 60s and 70s and were covered in dust while in the barn.
One of these special finds was a black 1969 Dodge Daytona painted with a large red stripe.
The interior of this classic car was also red, as was the impressive body paint.
The other Daytonas were another bold red car and a green vehicle.
This incredible Dodge collection didn’t end with the model that became synonymous with NASCAR.
Brutt also recorded a 1968 Dodge DART GTS.
He said the one in this family’s collection was just one of the few that were ever made.
The dusty vehicle gave the enthusiast a fright when he saw several dead mice and rats around the engine.
He also saw a bright yellow 1970 Dodge Charger RT automatic.
Brutt added that despite its age, the car was in good condition.
“AC, power brakes, power steering, very well optional,” he said.
He also recorded the family’s beautiful bright red 1967 Dodge Polara convertible, which had a beige retractable roof.
“Very nice, very nice cruiser, to say the least,” he said to describe the car.
Brutt explained, in the video that was uploaded in 2021, that he took a tour and saw several car collections.
He said the quality of this barn surprised him.
“We didn’t expect to have so much grandeur in one place,” Brutt said.
“It’s not every day you get to see three Dodge Daytonas, some sitting for a long time, others not so much, all in at least decent condition.
“And the rest of the cars just had a bonus on top of that.”
This insane collection has been described as a “treasure” by FindingOldCars.com.
The US Sun has previously reported other impressive car collections, including celebrity collections worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Jimmy Butler’s portfolio totals around $500,000 and includes a Mercedes-Maybach and a Porsche.
