Everything has become visibly expensive recently.
It’s not just luxuries or amenities. The basic cost of living it’s starting to feel inaccessible everywhere.

Although inflation has shown signs of cooling, according to AP, the price of daily life is becoming ridiculous.
This is especially true when people start comparing the prices from things now to those from 10 years ago or even more recently.

1.The price of chicken wings has been increasing for at least the last two years.
Jokes aside, chicken wings have seen some of the biggest price swings over the past two years. Chicken in general has it, but wings at my local butcher shop went from $2.50 a pound to $5.75 a pound and back to $3.50 a pound. Sometimes it was almost like the price of gasoline.

two. It’s not just the price Taylor Swift Tickets which are outrageously high.
You could still see an arena show for $80 or less in 2019, and now the promoters have decided that there is a specific price for the shows to get to, and if it doesn’t get there, they cancel the tour rather than have supply and demand affect it. the general price

3.Fine dining can be a better option at this point.
McDonald’s is over $20 now (not that I actually buy “meals” there, usually just two McDoubles, but even that is about $9 now when they were $1.99 forever, basically
I can’t eat at a fancy restaurant for $9 to $20, but I’m willing to pay a few extra dollars at this point for the difference. It was one thing when $4 was my costs

This isn’t mildly irritating, it’s extremely irritating.
I was looking Mary Poppins Returns the other day, and I said to myself that Walt Disney would be rolling in his grave if he saw what Iger and Chapek have done with Disney and the parks since the mid-2010s. I mean, the founder himself thought of a visit to Disneyland as a affordable family travel and now it’s an exorbitant affair because some shareholders can’t do without an extra million dollars in their bank accounts.

Inflation is scandalous. Had an oil change today $123.00 I was like , then I looked at a receipt from previous changes, in 2021 same car same oil was $68.00, that can’t be good. @POTUS
