When the field of candidates is expanded to include candidates from the Green Party and the Libertarian Party, Trump returns to the top, ahead of Biden by 5 points.
In this scenario, Trump got 46 percent. Biden received 41 percent, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who ran for the Oval Office in 2016, got 5 percent.
In a recent CBS poll of several swing states, Trump had a slight lead over Biden in the Keystone state, leading the incumbent by 1 point. Trump got 50 percent, while Biden received 49 percent.
Nationally, both candidates are virtually tied in The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s set of polls. Biden and Trump are both at 44.8 percent, six months before Election Day.
The poll interviewed 1,398 Pennsylvania voters from April 24 to April 30, with a margin of error of 4 points.
