The Republican Party directory in the state of Colorado asked its followers to burn the LGBTQIA+ flag in a post on social media.
In an email broadcast list, the party also wrote that “God hates Pride”, in reference to Pride Month, in which the LGBTQIA+ community gathers demonstrations in favor of diversity.

The party establishment has also recently called on families to pull their children out of public schools, saying Democrats use public education to “raise trans kids.”
The Republican Party’s rhetorical escalation caused Valamar Archuleta, a Republican candidate in the federal legislative elections, to condemn the message.
He stated that “anti-gay” speech is “hateful and disgusting.” The politician gave up his party’s support for the election.
The Republican Party will meet at a national convention on the 15th of this month to confirm Donald Trump as the party’s candidate for the White House, who must compete against the current president, Joe Biden.
