In Colorado’s 4th Congressional District, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is trying to defeat a handful of other Republican challengers to win her Republican primary in a new House district.
The Colorado firebrand, who represents the 3rd Congressional District in the western part of the state, announced she would run in a new district in the eastern part of the state late last year.
Although observers say she is the likely front-runner in both the primaries and in November, she must overcome numerous unflattering headlines and allegations of cheating.
