Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley said this Sunday (14) that authorities are working together to ensure security at the party convention in Milwaukee, which begins this Monday (15). The security reinforcement comes after Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt on Saturday (13).

“We feel very comfortable that we are working with the Secret Service, we are working with 40 different law enforcement agencies in terms of what security will be like,” Whatley said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”
