Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has called on Democrats to stop the “partisan witch hunt” against him.
As an example, he cited the rejection of the case regarding confidential documents in which he was investigated.
The judge concluded “that the prosecutor and the false document case against me were completely unconstitutional and the entire case was dismissed by the court,” Trump highlighted.
“If Democrats want to unify our country, they must abandon these partisan witch hunts that I have been going through for approximately eight years, and they must do so without delay and allow an election to proceed that is worthy of our people. We’re going to win anyway,” she added.
He also stressed that the Democratic Party “should immediately stop weaponizing the justice system and labeling its political opponent as an enemy of democracy.”
The candidate also noted the subpoenas that his family members received from Congress.
“They’ve been subpoenaed more than anyone, probably the history of the United States, every week, they get another subpoena from the Democrats, crazy Nancy Pelosi,” he commented, referring to the former speaker of the US House.
“They need to stop this because they are destroying our country”, he pointed out.
Trump also stated that he was victorious despite all the impeachment proceedings and accusations against him. “The time you have to spend — if they dedicated that genius to helping our country, we would have a much stronger and better country,” he concluded.
