Vice President Kamala Harris, who held her first official campaign rally Tuesday in Milwaukee, will travel to Indianapolis today to deliver a speech at the Grand Boulé of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Notably, Harris will be absent from the inaugural address. Israeli minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, in a joint session of Congress.
