Step aside Bryan Johnson, there’s a new ‘biohacker’ in the race for eternal youth.
Dave Pascoe is 61, but he doesn’t look it.
The newest king of longevity claims to have reversed his biological clock by following a carefully selected ultra-healthy regimen.
But unlike his multi-millionaire rival Bryan, Dave’s technique doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
In your websitesharing details of his progress, the bachelor reveals his extensive plan, which he says has left him with the body of a 38-year-old man.
The grueling regimen involves taking 150 supplements a day and avoiding all things that could speed up the aging process – like sugar or stress.
“I don’t want my health time to expire before my life,” Dave admitted.
“My goal is to make them as equal as possible.
“My expectation is to live to at least the age of 95 in great shape… if not well beyond the age of 110, God willing.
“I just wanted to know and apply everything I know now, decades ago.”
Dave claims his approach, which has reduced his internal age by 24 years, costs him $30,000 a year.
A measly budget compared to the $2 million a year Bryan spends in his youth, which involves more drastic measures such as infusions of his teenage son’s blood.
Dave, a retired systems engineer, claims he never intended to cheat death, but instead began making healthy lifestyle changes.
DAVE PASCOE’S ANTI-AGING PLAN
He places a lot of importance on sleep, so never set an alarm to wake up to avoid any additional stress.
The anti-aging guru then begins an extensive morning routine that consists of lots of stretching (in bed and on the floor) plus five minutes of jumping on a mini-trampoline to get the blood flowing.
After that, he brushes his teeth, scrapes his tongue and monitors his “sleep score” on his Garmin.
As a single guy who lives alone, I’ll trade that workout, sauna session, or biohack for some connected quality time, every time.

Then Dave goes out and takes a walk before continuing with a P90X Workout which focuses on resistance and weight training.
After the morning of exercise, he goes to the sauna to relax and begins his 45 minutes of meditation.
To fuel his body, he drinks a workout shake and a breakfast of green banana and a bowl of berries.
Four times a year, Dave shakes things up and donates his plasma a few times so that “his entire blood volume is filtered.”
DON’T BE TOO STRICT
To some, his routine may seem rigid, but Dave says he can be flexible when he needs to be.
He explained: “These are my regular routines that I simply do out of habit.
“However, life happens. If something comes up that interferes with accomplishing one or more of them, I don’t stress about it.
“I’ll do them at alternating times or pick them up again the next day.
“While it’s amazing to have good structure and discipline, some of the best things in life happen spontaneously!”
He prioritizes his “me time” by scheduling it into his calendar.
“But I won’t waste the opportunity to spend quality time with other people,” he added.
“As a single guy who lives alone, I trade that workout, sauna session, or biohack for quality connected time, every time.
“A single day of missing a few routines won’t kill me.
“However, chronic unwanted interruptions will certainly make me extremely agitated!”
Dave revealed that he only eats lunch a few times a week and instead opts for an early dinner, between 3pm and 5pm, to keep himself full.
Who is Bryan Johnson?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years, you’ve probably heard of a man named Bryan Johnson.
Biohacker himself has spent millions of dollars to combat the effects of aging.
Along with the help he received from doctors and health experts, Bryan, who is biologically 46 years old, began treatments to achieve the body of an 18-year-old.
His ambitious plan to make him look much younger involves a strict diet, exercise and a meticulous sleep routine.
Bryan also performs a number of different medical procedures, from regular blood tests and infusing a liter of his son’s plasma to “painful” shock therapy on his penis.
This usually consists of some type of organic, grass-fed meat, a wide variety of colorful vegetables, and fermented add-ins like sauerkraut.
He tends to avoid carbs, which he says is enough to ensure he stays lean without having to count calories.
As he begins to relax, Dave puts on blue-tinted glasses to reduce his exposure to light while watching TV and using his tablet.
While watching Netflix, Dave does some flexibility exercises and eats two kiwis, which are said to protect the skin and slow the aging process.
Before bed, Dave applies skin serums all over his body to keep wrinkles at bay and drinks two scoops of collagen and peptides to help.
Dave likes to end the day praying and remembering all the things he is grateful for.
