The 34-year-old expected to feel pain, but instead reportedly entered a state of peace and comfort where “nothing mattered.”

She claims to have seen her soul floating above her body as if her physical form was no longer present.

Now, after being given a second chance, she is sharing her near-death experience as she believes it may hold the secret to what happens after we die.

Willow said: “I felt like I was pure consciousness and love, not a human with a body.

“It was almost as if I was floating in the void to connect with God or some form of the greater universe.

“I couldn’t see or hear anything, but I remember it being dark and comforting and warm.

“I was finally at peace – I wasn’t worried or questioning anything anymore – it was like heaven.”

Willow, from Michigan, USA, had just finished her first day at a new job when suddenly a car crashed into the back of her vehicle.

She claims she and her car were “thrown 40 meters” into oncoming traffic, where a truck began approaching her – and then she passed out.

Because it was so horrific, witnesses were convinced she had not survived until she regained consciousness and called for help.

She said: “Everyone was in complete disbelief, especially as no one came to see me as it was almost certain that I would not have survived.

“My car was completely destroyed, but somehow I came out strangely unharmed. An inexplicable force saved me.

Dying is not something to be afraid of, it is just another state of being.

“I feel like I woke up in an alternate timeline or reality where I somehow stayed alive.”

The following days remained confusing as she tried to understand exactly what happened – and how she was still on Earth.

Despite the physical injuries such as torn muscles, concussion, temporary loss of vision, and compressed spine, the lasting effects on her soul reportedly impacted her the most.

Willow said: “My parents and friends seemed different to me, like strangers.

“I was different with my mannerisms and how I spoke to everyone. I quickly realized that I had gained a unique awareness of life.

“It was like everything was new again; the colors were brighter, I was more motivated and wanted to try everything.

LIFE AFTER DEATH

A WOMAN claims to have gone to heaven and found God when she fell into a coma after a terrifying near-death experience.

One day, Mariandree Cárdenas was working at home when she felt her throat close up and began to choke.

Her hands began to shake and she felt as if her face was “falling asleep.”

Mariandree realized she could no longer speak.

She managed to send a message to her mother and brother for help, who rushed over and found her unconscious.

The 24-year-old – who was diagnosed with severe asthma as a child – was taken to hospital, where doctors were forced to intubate her and then put her into a coma.

As her body lay unconscious in the hospital bed, Mariandree said her mind was far from still.

“I couldn’t hear much of anything anymore and my body wasn’t responding anymore,” said Mariandree, a graphic designer, What is the jelly.

“The last thing I heard was a nurse or doctor say the phrase ‘she left us.’

“And in the blink of an eye I stopped being on Earth and appeared somewhere else.”

“It became clear to me that we never know how long we really have here.”

Now, she is trained as a reiki master, mind mastery coach, and subconscious bridge to help others explore their soul and the secrets of life.

Although still traumatized, she is no longer afraid of dying and is grateful for the “wake-up call.”

She added: “The experience allowed me to see the beauty of life and our physical reality.

“We don’t need to consider what we go through as our definition of ourselves, because we have opportunities every day to recreate who we choose to be.

“I feel much more connected to my soul. Dying is not something to be afraid of, it is just another state of being.

“I don’t feel like we have physical sensations in the afterlife or very strong emotions.

“We were put on this Earth to experience what these feelings are like, even when they are painful, because it teaches us how to make the most of this greatest gift: life.

“I don’t know if it was divine intervention, a stroke of luck or something more extraordinary.

“But a mysterious phenomenon kept me on the brink of death.”
