A BANK customer explained how her savings were saved after Navy Federal closed her account.
The customer alleged that the bank withdrew nearly $1,000 from her account before it was abruptly closed.
Be’ Howard explained in a Facebook post that she “had the receipts to prove” that Navy Federal took $980 from her checking account.
“Luckily, they gave me all the money from my savings,” she wrote.
In the responses, one of her friends said they were “going through a difficult situation” with the bank at the moment.
“They keep locking up my money and giving me trouble,” the friend wrote.

After looking into the issues, Be’ said he read reviews about the location that complained about the same thing.
“I’m furious and I need a break,” she wrote.
The US Sun has reached out to Navy Federal for more information about the account closure.
BANK BATTLE
Another member of the Federal Navy got into big trouble with the bank after an ATM deposit disappeared from his account.
Anita Sisk spent nearly two decades in the United States Navy, rising to the position of chief.
She claimed she deposited $500 at an Arizona Federal Credit Union branch.
She normally banks at Navy Federal Credit Union, but can do transactions at branches like the one in Arizona.
At first, the ATM wouldn’t accept their bills.
“I was trying to put my money in and the ATM wasn’t accepting it, and I thought, ‘Why isn’t it accepting it?’” she recalled to KTVK.
The ATM ended up taking the money, but printed a receipt saying “Money Reversal Failed.”
Sisk didn’t know what that meant, but the $500 never showed up in her account, so she tried to file a claim with Arizona Federal.
“They said, ‘Well, technically, we can’t file a complaint because you’re not one of our members,” she said.
She went to the Federal Navy and tried to file a complaint there.
The bank denied the claim, saying the receipt did not provide sufficient details for investigation.
Sisk eventually reached out to the news agency for assistance.
The media outlet reported that the Federal Navy “ignored” the investigation.
However, when he contacted Arizona Federal, the credit union returned the $500 to Sisk’s account and said it would investigate the situation.
Meanwhile, a Chase customer was left “strapped” after his account was suddenly closed.
Another Chase customer was “sickened” when his account was closed in a similar manner.
