Known as The lady from the NICHE on YouTube Danni Ackerman has been selling products on eBay since 1998, but has always been a collector of thrifty finds.

On a video From a recent shopping spree at the Assistance League thrift store in Las Vegas, Ackerman recorded herself hunting for various trinkets and treasures.

Her day was made when she came across a set of fine china behind the glass display case.

Initially describing the porcelain pattern as San Juan Capistrano, she said it was one of her favorites, until she read the plaque.

The china was actually B&G Seagull — a pattern she said was similar to her initial choice.

“Look at the detail of the gravy boat,” she said, zooming in and declaring herself in love with the scenery.

Priced at $200, the Bing and Grondahl Copenhagen porcelain set in the seagull pattern contained eight dinner plates, eight salad plates, and eight dessert plates.

It also came with eight plates of bread and butter, eight cups and saucers, a sugar bowl, sauce and gravy boats.

Also included were four regular bowls, two platters, three serving bowls, a covered soup bowl, a jam dish, and candlesticks.

I asked the lady at the thrift store how much my two kitchen finds cost – I had to act calm when she said just $10

Ackerman quickly looked up the price of the set, discovering that he was getting much more bang for his buck than he suspected.

“This is an amazing deal and it would be silly to pass up, so I’m going to buy this entire set for $200,” she said.

The end of the video revealed that the 55-piece set was valued at up to $1,000.

Walking away with several rare finds, she spent $417 on a package of items worth somewhere between $1,584-1,979.

“Did you see the profit margin?” she asked spectators from her car at the end of the trip.

“Of course I have some work to do to realize that profit,” she said in closing.

They purchased a Rolleiflex 80mm 2.8f Planar film camera for $350 with plans to turn it into a family heirloom.

One man also purchased a popular vase worth thousands of dollars for just $25.

Meanwhile, a buyer purchased two lamps for $7 but sold them on eBay for $2,600.

Additionally, a large thrift store closed its doors after 75 years.
