In-N-Out Burger is a popular fast food restaurant in the western United States.

The chain is known for its fast service.

One employee revealed that he appreciates it when customers use a drive through ordering trick – “portable” ordering.

PORTABLE

In-N-Out lanes use “portable” ordering systems, where workers walk up to cars and place an order.

This method can increase efficiency in crowded places.

An employee shared advice about this method on a Reddit wire asking, “What are some annoying things In-N-Out customers do?”

The employee told several ways to cause grievances with the drive-through employee.

One way to cause a complaint would be “not having your order prepared when [a] portable [worker] it comes to you on the way,” they said.

Another is “don’t order the entire meal when [a] your handheld is at your doorstep,” they added.

Adding more items later may cause interruptions.

“we asked if there is anything else you would like, tell me yes, I don’t need to be yelled at because you forgot to ask 2 different people.”

Their comment suggested that knowing your order thoroughly is helpful.

They also added that they find it annoying when customers don’t do their shopping in the dining room.
