The buyer took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to talk about the “absolutely horrible” experience he had trying to order a television from the company.

The user said that when he received his TV, the box had a hole the size of a soda can on the side of the packaging screen, shocking both him and his wife.

“We rejected the delivery and a CS agent told us that a new one would be sent as soon as the delivery rejection was confirmed,” he said. he said.

“Since then we have been on an absolute run.

“Walmart is our main supermarket/pharmacy/hardware/general store – and this rush is what we’re thankful for?”

Walmart Account X contacted him and attempted to correct the situation, but after a private exchange, the buyer was still not satisfied.

“For those who are following – I received another different answer about how this replacement works. Unreal,” he said.

“Walmart CS agents have no idea what the company’s policies and procedures are.

“How can people buy with any kind of trust in this company? It’s so frustrating.”

The customer revealed that since dealing with the broken television he has received four different responses on how to deal with the situation.

Walmart Shoppers Frustrated With Self-Checkout Changes

“This continues to be a frustrating experience. I’m shocked at how completely disorganized a company the size of Walmart can be in the CS department,” he said.

The next day, the buyer said he found the solution, but it wasn’t the answer he was looking for.

“And now everything is clear – I went to ask for a replacement and the price went up!” He explained.

“So basically @Walmart @walmarthelp are you trying to screw us?

“A broken TV was delivered, you won’t send us a replacement, are you forcing us to reorder the item so you can charge the higher price?”

The US Sun has reached out to Walmart for comment.

What is Walmart’s return policy

When shopping at Walmart, it is said that customers can return almost anything within 90 days for in-store purchases, however, the policy is a little different online.

Items shipped from Walmart may be returned or replaced, when available, by mail within 90 days of receipt.

For items shipped through Marketplace, sellers would need to receive a return within two weeks.

If an item you received from Walmart.com is damaged or defective, you can return it by mail for a refund or replacement or to any Walmart store for a refund.

‘WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE’

User X wasn’t the only buyer who reportedly had delivery issues.

Another customer also took the time to tell other shoppers to avoid Walmart’s website.

“Walmart, worst customer service ever!!” she he wrote in a post on X.

“Never waste your time buying something online. I received a damaged item and Walmart wants me to drive 30 minutes to the store to return it???

“Send me a return label like Amazon does!!”

Walmart immediately apologized to User X for the broken merchandise, but another complaint followed soon after.

“I feel like my delivery was picked up when Walmart closed, which caused it to be cancelled. Now I have to wait for shipping, I placed an order in two shipments, which I received one and the other [is] late,” he wrote another client on X.

“I’m over it at this point.”

Likewise, Walmart apologized and asked for information to help correct the situation.

The customer responded saying it was late because the package was already delayed.
