One lucky gambler in Minnesota is winning the prize after shopping at a supermarket where others won big.
The winning ticket was purchased at a Cub Foods grocery store at 5937 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis on January 3, 2024, by Power ball.
Game 4 plus Powerball wins happen when a player correctly guesses four numbers and the Powerball.
The winning numbers in the drawing include 30-31-38-48-68 and Powerball number 8.
A win like this, with four numbers matching the winning numbers, receives a prize of up to $50,000.
And there is still enough time to claim the money.
Players have until the beginning of next year to hand in their ticket.
The deadline is January 3, 2025.
The chances of winning Match 4 plus Powerball are slim, according to LIKE USA.
There is a one in 931,129 chance.
You are twice as likely – 500,000 to one – to be struck by lightning.
To claim the $1 million prize, you need to match all five Powerball numbers.

One lucky player got his ticket at the Minnesota and Illinois-based store located in Roseville, just outside of Minneapolis.
That ticket, worth more than $3 million, earned the store a $10,000 bonus.
Another unclaimed lottery prize worth $50,000 was purchased at Cub Foods in Cambridge, Minnesota.
Winners of jackpots over $10,000 are not publicly identified in Minnesota unless they wish, it said. CBS.

Additionally, another prize worth $150,000 also remains unclaimed in North Carolina.
