A POPULAR Mongolian steakhouse chain has closed two restaurants in the same area, shocking diners who always saw it full of customers.

Two locations in Charlotte, North Carolina recently closed, much to the surprise of fans.

Dasia Williams, reporter for Charlotte Observantwent to the location on Community House Road on Friday for a bite to eat, only to see that the restaurant was closed and the signs had already been taken down.

Another location inside the Charlotte airport also closed.

Local residents discussed the closures on Reddit, as many were shocked that the Community House location in the Ballantyne area “always seemed busy.”

But one customer offered some tips.

“We love going to the one here in Ballantyne, and the last time we were there, the young lady said she was having a hard time getting staff to keep it open,” he said. he wrote A person.

There is now only one location in North Carolina, in the Winston-Salem area.

The restaurant operates in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia.

Several restaurant chains have faced multiple closures in recent months.

The documents listed 228 rejected leases that Red Lobster said would continue to lose money if they remained open.

Several locations that are at risk of closure have also been revealed, including the iconic Times Square restaurant in New York.
