Care/release an affirmation on his Instagram account on Friday, announcing that the company would close.

“We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to help them live healthier lives. It has been fun and rewarding. Unfortunately, we no longer have the funding to operate the way we have,” the statement read.

Care/of went on to say that all subscriptions would be canceled starting June 17th and no new orders would be accepted.

The company continued in the caption: “We are sad to share this news today, but we hope to have more clarity to bring you all soon. Thank you for everything”.

Care/of customers are expressing their disappointment in the comments section, with one begging: “Please, please figure something out! This makes me so sad!”

Another shared: “These are the most effective vitamins I have ever taken in my 42 years. I saw visible changes with my first pack – I hope this can be resolved so we can continue to have access to these high quality supplements.”

“Oh no! I hope you guys can go back to work eventually. Your personalized packets make it so easy to remember to take my vitamins,” a third added.

Customers could complete the personalized questionnaire that asked how old they were, what vitamins they took in the past, what powders they took, their price range, whether they were interested in pre/postnatal health, and their health goals.

Subscribers can also use the Care/of app to create healthy habits and track their goals.

Customers could purchase the products for one-time use or subscribe to a monthly refill and receive a discount.

STORE CLOSURES IN GALORE

Care/of isn’t the only store that has recently closed its doors.

Iconic retail chain Bob’s Stores is undergoing a major shutdown, closing ten of its stores in the Northeast.

Two locations in Connecticut, three in New Jersey, two in Massachusetts and one in Maine are expected to close their doors.

The company released a statement that said in part: “We are actively working to relocate as many employees as possible from these affected locations to nearby Bob’s and Eastern Mountain Sports stores.”

Due to the closures, impacted locations have launched massive discounts of up to half off.

The phenomenon has even reached party stores, as Litin’s Party Value in Minneapolis, Minnesota, recently announced it would close.

“It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of our party and catering supply warehouse, which has been an iconic fixture in Minneapolis,” the store wrote on its website. website.
