A FURNITURE store will close for good soon, but shoppers will be able to score great last-minute deals.
Bassett has 400 stores in the U.S., but its store in Redmond, Washington, 25 miles east of Seattle, is in its final days and in liquidation.
“Everything is for sale and should be sold,” the Bassett Facebook page he said.
The final phase of sales began on June 14th and included 70% of all carpets and furniture at “sacrifice prices” up to 65%.
Bassett said the sales are a “once in a lifetime” opportunity to score affordable furniture.
She has been working to sell all of her furniture since announcing the closure in April.
However, Bassett announced that there is still a large selection to choose from.

Redmond Bassett franchise owner Todd Copitzky explained that it has been a success for more than two decades.

However, one buyer responded to a Facebook post by Bassett and suggested the closure may be due to the company’s inability to keep up with “top-of-the-line items.”
“I’m sorry to hear that. These are the main things you sell. Maybe that’s why you’re closing. People want cheap crap. Of course. Hugs. CK”, commented the buyer.
Many loyal customers are disheartened by Remond Bassett’s closure.
“It’s really sad to see this,” one person said.
“I’m sorry to hear that. All the best to the owners and Redmond sales team,” added another.
