Walmart managers can expect bonuses, stock options and a salary that can pay more than $400,000 a year.

Hart started working at the company when she was 19 years old and a mother of two children, according to the Wall Street Journal.

At the time, she was working part-time, but managed to work her way up to a management position.

“They determine success or failure,” says Kieran Shanahan, director of operations at Walmart US

Hart realized early on that working at Walmart was the key to a prosperous career.

“That’s when I realized this might not be my favorite job, but I can develop photos or manage clothes at Walmart. I can get promoted,” says Hart.

“I discovered I was good at it and it was something achievable for me.”

Hart became department manager of the photo lab and was later transferred to the apparel section.

In 2018, she was first promoted to manage a store and then had the opportunity to work elsewhere in 2021.

Now, Hart is a Supercenter manager who works with hundreds of workers to bring in $100 million in annual sales.

Last year, she received a base salary of $119,000 with a bonus of $120,000.

Her salary is well deserved, as she starts her day at 6:55 am and doesn’t finish until 5 pm.

The schedule is perfect for the Walmart manager, as she enjoys her family much more than before.

“When I arrived at the company, I missed some birthday parties,” she says.

“Now I can go to my son’s football games and spend time with my family.”

Although she enjoys her job, she is aware of one major drawback.

“The hardest thing is the uncertainty,” she says. “You don’t know what you’re going to get yourself into.”

Users took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to praise Hart for what she was able to accomplish.

“The American system works and the masses are not joining their losing revolution. Cry more, socialists and Sohrab,” wrote one person.

“Bravo to her. I know many like her,” wrote a second person.

“People like to attack Wal-Mart as an employer, but I have a friend who couldn’t get a job anywhere else and Wal-Mart gave him a chance,” a third person added.
