There is a (@littledrownedrat) spent $378 on the refurbished product from Walmart’s online store.

After just a week, the Air Wrap stopped working and Theresa decided to return it.

“I feel hot today, my blood is boiling,” Theresa said in her video after leaving Walmart.

She took the broken product back to Walmart and the customer service representative helped her ship another Dyson to her home.

The seller picked up the package and gave Theresa a FedEx tracking receipt to keep.

Once Theresa realized her package had never been delivered, she checked the tracking receipt number and was shocked to see that the package didn’t exist.

She contacted an online customer service representative, who informed her that there was no record of her purchase and encouraged her to resolve the issue in store.

When she arrived at the store for the second time, she was told by a saleswoman named Charlotte that the other representative should never take her package to return it.

The representative was supposed to just hand Theresa a FedEx receipt, but instead took the entire package back.

Charlotte then told Theresa that she could only pick up a new Dyson if a manager took her place at reception.

WAITING GAME

After 15 minutes of waiting, Charlotte finally found someone to take her place and went looking for Theresa’s new Air Wrap.

Theresa was then asked to send a confirmation email, which she never received.

She was asked to wait again until the representative found a team leader, who subsequently informed her that the return period was now over.

“But it wouldn’t have ended if your customer service rep hadn’t screwed up the return,” Theresa replied.

After 45 minutes, the team leader finally got permission to reimburse Theresa in cash.

Since the sales representative did not have the authority to give her the money, Theresa had to wait for another manager to help her with the refund.

The manager then informed her that she could only issue a refund by withdrawing a gift card.

After more than an hour and a half, Theresa finally left Walmart with her money back, but without Dyson.

Walmart shoppers rushed to the comments of Theresa’s video to share their reactions to her experience.

“As a former Walmart employee, this is 100% accurate and believable,” one wrote.

“NEVER order a product from a supplier through Walmart. It’s not worth it,” added another.

“Every return story is like this at Walmart. We stopped shopping there over a decade ago. I can’t imagine how much worse they’ve gotten over the years. The price is NEVER worth it,” agreed a third.

WALMART POLICY

In most cases, Walmart shoppers have 90 days to return their items.

Collectibles, consumer electronics, electric bicycles and vacuum cleaners have a 30-day return period; while hearing aids, prescription glasses and contact lenses have a 60-day return window.

Cordless phones, luxury market items and collectibles have a 14 day return period.

Major appliances only have a two-day window.

Buyers can initiate returns in-store, at home or by mail.

The return must be initiated on the Walmart website and the buyer must make sure to receive a confirmation email after initiating the return.
