“The quality of Sam’s Club is getting worse!” the client he said.

“The new pack of napkins I bought is cheap and falls apart in your hand after the first cleaning.

“Sam’s Club has been my go-to for stocking up on paper products for years.

“Did you cheapen your paper towels and toilet paper too? I’m afraid to find out!”

Sam’s Club quickly responded to the customer, informing him that it would investigate the issue.

“Hello, thank you for contacting us here at Sam’s Club, we are very sorry to hear about your experience,” the retailer commented on the post.

The retailer provided a link for the customer to click to explain the issue.

“We are happy to look into this for you. Thank you for being the best part of Sam’s Club,” the retailer continued.

US Sun has reached out to Sam’s Club for comment.

One customer abandoned their subscription after the chain said it would remove free shipping from some online orders.

Sam’s Club has revealed that starting next month, only orders worth $50 or more will qualify for free shipping.

If customers’ stores arrive less than that, they will be forced to pay an $8 shipping fee.

MORE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

“Wow, Sam’s Club just found a way to lose a lot of money by taking away free shipping for Plus members unless you order at least $50 worth of stuff,” Karen Husman he wrote in a Facebook post.

“This longtime Plus member will cancel his Plus membership when it renews this fall, and I suspect many others will as well,” Husman said.

“We renewed our subscription in May and since then they have charged me for three extra subscriptions on a different card.
