BEST Buy has introduced a new feature that will show you what a product looks like in your home, but not everyone can take advantage of the update.

The major electronics store collaborated with a major technology brand to develop this exciting change.

On Thursday, Best Buy announced that it now offers an augmented reality exploration app where customers can plan their home technology setups.

However, the Best Buy Envision app is built on Apple Vision Pro technology, which means customers must have the technology to take advantage of it.

Envision allows users to view 3D models of Best Buy products from different angles.

This includes large-screen TVs, large and small appliances, fitness equipment, and furniture.

Buyers can strap on their Visions Pros and walk around their living room to inspect exactly how the technology will impact their space.

The app also provides product ratings and prices and has direct links to a landing page where you can place an order immediately.

“Best Buy Envision is another way to use innovative technology to humanize consumer electronics like no one else can,” said Brian Tilzer, chief digital, analytics and technology officer at Best Buy.

“The app allows our customers to realistically see how the technology will appear in their own homes, providing an immersive and personalized shopping experience.”

Best Buy Envision can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.

PROS AND CONS OF VISION PROS

Tech fans may have been eyeing Apple’s Vision Pro headset for a while and wondering if they should make a big investment.

Most critics confidently claim that the invention is the best headphones ever created.

However, with a price hovering around $4,000, some people wonder why they wouldn’t buy a new car.

One of the key aspects of Vision Pro headsets is that people can interact with digital content while remaining engaged with the physical world.

Applications and web browsers can appear seamlessly before your eyes – right in front of a real-life scenario.

Computing can also be performed with just a flick of the wrist, as Professionals are sensitive to hand movements.

Overall, experience with Vision Pros varies, but many users say it gives them hope in so-called spatial computing.

For those who have a lot of money to spend and need a portable, private office, it may be worth investing.

In other Best Buy news, the brand will have to close up to 15 stores as the CEO confirms “efficiency” cuts are underway.

Additionally, fans are wondering why an important part of the Best Buy experience is being completely eliminated.
