Users can download the Plex app from the Roku Channel Store or search for it on their Fire TV to find the app and begin setup.

In addition to the United States and the United Kingdom, users from several other countries can take advantage of the new offers.

Viewers in Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Spain, Brazil, France and Germany also have access to the content.

Plex has introduced several channels dedicated to streaming episodes of popular series 24/7.

These include weed channels, designated SurvivorNash Bridges, Prime Suspect and major networks like CW Gold and CW Forever.

Project Runway is now streaming in Australia and New Zealand, while The Price is Right with Drew Carey is available in Canada.

These developments follow the addition of Bell Media channels featuring original programming from CTV News and TSN The Ocho to CTV Gridlock.

Earlier this year, Plex also expanded its sports content portfolio in the United States and abroad.

This included the addition of FIFA+, NFL Channel and MLB.

Other offerings include T2, Cricket Gold, CBS Sports HQ, Golazo, BeIN Australia and Bleacher Report’s B/R Sports Network.

Plex is available in 195 countries around the world.

It is best known as a media server that stores digital content and makes it accessible over a network.

Many users continue to rely on the Plex server to stream their own content rather than paying for Netflix or Hulu subscriptions.

However, the service has become one of the biggest free, ad-supported streamers on the market, rivaling giants like Roku and Tubi.

Users in 11 countries, including the US and UK, can unblock the new channels – but Plex is available in almost 200 countries around the world.

The Plex library includes more than 1,100 live channels, plus thousands of on-demand movies and shows.

Earlier this year, a representative confirmed that Plex raised $40 million in capital.

While it failed to eclipse the company’s $50 million growth round in 2021, the funds are nonetheless expected to propel the company to profitability.
