Some resolved reports
After reports of problems with Chase rose to more than 7,000 in Fall detector, the problems appear to be being resolved for some bank users.
As of 2:45 pm ET, around 4,000 people were still having trouble logging into the website and app.
Chase shares message on Downdetector
Chase shared a statement about the outage.
“We are working to restore all Chase.com and Chase Mobile app services now,” a message posted on Fall detector he said.
“Thanks for your patience.”
Chase takes it to DMS
As Chase customers take to social media to complain about the outage, the bank’s official customer service team is responding to users of X, formerly known as Twitter.
Chase Support responded to several customers complaining about the outage and encouraged them to message their bank account.
“Hello. Thank you for reaching out. I understand how important it is to have access to your online account,” the account responded recently.
“I want to help with your experience and I’m here to support you. Could you send a DM with your full name, zip code and any other details you would like to share?”
