HBO Max users are complaining about the outage of X, formerly known as Twitter.

Users receive error message

Users are receiving a message saying that the content is “not available in your region” when trying to access the app.

“Error ‘Not yet available in your region’. I’m in Virginia and I just watched a movie,” wrote one user on Downdetector.

“Receiving the error ‘Not yet available in your region’ (I’ve been having this since the Max app was released). I’m in NJ,” another shared.

HBO Max is offline

More than 4,500 users are reporting problems with Max, according to Descent detector.

The problems began around 4:00 pm ET.
