@VerizonSupport WiFi has been off in our neighborhood for 24 hours. It’s one of the most important days in our country’s history and we can’t watch the news. Shame.

Verizon users migrate to Starbucks
Several Verizon customers went to Starbucks to get service on their phones.
“I had to go to a Starbucks and connect to WiFi because the cellular network spontaneously disconnected on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and won’t reconnect,” wrote one user on Downdetector.
“Breaking into a Starbucks here. Deerfield IL, no service for 45 minutes straight,” wrote another.
‘Please be patient’
Verizon support told customers to be patient as the provider is experiencing outages in multiple locations across the United States.
Hey! This is not the experience we want you to have. We are currently experiencing outages in several places across the US. Please be patient, as soon as the service is restored you will receive an alert about it.
