Plex is a popular streaming app available for free download at Amazon Fire TV Devices.

And there is also no cost to watch any content on the app.

The only catch is that you’ll need to watch the commercials, but that’s a small price to pay for completely free TV.

In April, Plex revealed that it offered exactly 1,112 channels worldwide.

And if you’re a viewer in the United States, you’ll have access to up to 847 of them.

Now the service is getting even bigger, with Plex announcing six new channels joining the list this week.

Here is the list of new channels:

  • The Conners
  • StarTalkTV
  • Rachael Ray’s dream home in Italy
  • KweliTV
  • Great comedy!
  • FIFA Plus

FREE AND EASY!

But Plex doesn’t just offer free live channels.

Amazon Fire TV Stick owners get a major AI upgrade that makes searching for movies much easier and more conversational

You will also have access to an extensive list of on-demand content.

In fact, Plex claims it offers more than 50,000 “free titles, movies, and TV shows” that you can watch whenever you want.

In fact, Plex started out as an entirely different type of app.

Its original purpose was to let you share your saved media (like home movies) on a big screen of your choosing – almost like a personal Netflix.

FIRE TOASTS

However, Plex isn’t the only game in town when it comes to free content.

For starters, Amazon offers its own Freevee service on its Fire TV, which offers free, ad-supported content.
