QUICKBOOKS is experiencing an outage as thousands of customers are having trouble logging in.
More than 4,300 users reported problems with the accounting software as of 9 a.m. ET Monday, according to Fall detector.
“Unable to log in… Come on QB, it’s Monday morning and we have things to do! Ugh,” wrote a frustrated user on Downdetector.
“Unable to log in. I’m trying to prepare for the end of the fiscal year,” shared another.
QuickBooks Online shared that it is investigating the outage.
“We are aware that some QBO and QBSE services are experiencing issues,” Intuit shared.
“This issue is being investigated and we will keep you informed of further developments as we work to resolve the issue.

QuickBooks shared on its website that the company is investigating the outage.
“We are aware that some QBO and QBSE services are experiencing issues,” the statement said.
“This issue is being investigated and we will keep you informed of further developments as we work to resolve the issue.”

Most problems are with login
According to Downdetector, 81% of reports are about logging into QuickBooks Online.
Meanwhile, 16% of customers are having problems with the website, while 2% are unable to use the app.

QuickBooks responds
QuickBooks Online reportedly shared a comment with Fall detector saying they are “aware” of the problems.
“We are aware of an issue where QuickBooks Online users are experiencing issues with the product,” the company said.
“Please be advised that this issue is being investigated and we are actively working to resolve it.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

Clients are unable to log in to work
Downdetector shows that most customers are having trouble logging in while employees are complaining.
