SAMSUNG owners can take advantage of a free benefit that allows them to stream thousands of titles directly from their phones.

The company launched Samsung TV Plus in 2015, making it one of the first free, ad-supported streaming services from a device maker.

Customers can use it to stream live television, movies and shows on their Samsung devices, including smart refrigerators.

Samsung describes the deal as being similar to cable “but without a contract or set-top box.”

The app has more than 350 live channels and thousands of on-demand movies and shows.

The benefit is available on Samsung Galaxy devices running Android Oreo or later, as well as Samsung Family Central refrigerators.

The only problem is that internet access is required to stream – the app cannot be used offline.

Samsung TV Plus Mobile can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store directly to your mobile device.

Once downloaded, simply log in using your Samsung or Google account.

The app is divided into different categories to organize your content.

In the Live tab, users can scroll through a programming guide for live TV channels and view their schedules.

On the Discover tab, live content is organized into an “On Now” section. Users can also view channels they have recently watched.

The Discover tab also contains on-demand video content that can be viewed at any time. You can even share content with other users.

The app also includes a My TV Plus tab that allows users to “personalize their Samsung TV Plus experience,” such as setting their favorite channels and editing what is shown in the Live tab.

You can set viewing reminders for scheduled shows and create watch lists for on-demand content.

If you stop watching on-demand content before it’s finished, you can continue watching where you left off right in the My TV Plus tab.

The app has a variety of local and national News programs from outlets such as FOX, ABC News and CNN.

There is a wide range of live TV channels and on-demand shows and movies, with more channels being added constantly.

Users can watch popular shows, including full seasons of “The Walking Dead,” “Law & Order,” “Top Gear” and “Hell’s Kitchen.”

There’s also a wide selection of blockbusters from Paramount, Hallmark and more.
