The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday rejected Hunter Biden’s effort to have his Delaware gun case dismissed.
A three-judge panel of the court did not consider the merits of his appeal, ruling that, as a matter of procedure, the trial court’s denial of his various requests to dismiss the case is not appealable at this time.
“This appeal is denied because defendant has not demonstrated that the District Court’s orders are appealable prior to final judgment,” the order reads.
Hunter Biden’s lawyers could request review by the full 3rd Circuit bench or ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the case.
