AActor Robert De Niro lends his voice to a new ad for President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign called “It hit.”

In the 30-second video, De Niro calls out Donald Trump, referring to him as “out of control” and stating that the former US president will stop at nothing to get “revenge.”

The Oscar-winning Hollywood actor has spoke many times against the former president, most recently calling Trump “Stupid” about Jimmy Kimmel live!.

The video begins with De Niro discussing Trump’s tenure as president, making references to several controversies. “From midnight tweets to drinking bleach to tear gassing citizens to holding a photo shoot, we knew Trump was out of control as president,” comments the actor.

This narration is accompanied by photos of Trump during his presidency, including his notorious photo with a Bible in front of the Church of the Presidents, following the deployment of federal forces to quell protests following the death of George Floyd and the subsequent fight against injustice racial.

De Niro then claims that as soon as Trump lost the 2020 election, he “broke,” the words superimposed over images of waving “Trump 2020” flags on January 6, 2021, when Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building when the victory Biden’s presidential election was certified.

The ad switches to the current election: “Now, he’s running again, this time threatening to be a ‘dictator,’ to end the Constitution.”

The “dictator” comment references an incident at a Fox News town hall with announcer Sean Hannity in December 2023, when Trump said he would not be a dictator – “except on day one,” he added. “On the first day, the border is closed. The first day and a half we drilled – drilled, baby, drilled.”

Biden’s new ad also features images of Trump on the campaign trail. He warns: “If I’m not elected, it will be a bloodbath.”

As De Niro’s last words sound in the ad, more images of Trump supporters appear on the screen, including a pro-Trump crowd clashing with police and holding “Stop the Steal” flags.

“Trump wants revenge and nothing will stop him from getting it,” concludes De Niro.

The final image is Biden, saluting US troops. He says in voiceover: “I’m Joe Biden and I approve this message.”
