The Texas Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit filed by a group of women seeking to clarify exceptions to the state’s restrictive abortion law. “Have an alternative plan,” said Jéssica Bernardo, one of the women who sued the state. “If you are at risk of suffering this heartbreaking tragedy, set aside that money for the need to travel out of state in order to save your life or vital organs,” she said on Meet the Press NOW.
