Our political editor, Harry Cole, is grilling the Prime Minister first, before taking on the Labor leader, Sir Keir.

Both Rishi and Keir are tackling the issues that matter to YOU ​​in the Never Mind The Ballots election showdown.

The back-to-back interviews will be among the last opportunities for both sides to define their positions and defend their manifesto promises.

Tonight’s clash comes after Rishi’s hopes that the betting scandal would die down were dashed.

Yesterday, the Gambling Commission charged another high-ranking Conservative for allegedly stirring up the momentum of the General Election.

The party’s data director, Nick Mason, became the fourth Tory investigated by the watchdog.

It is also understood that the commission has expanded its investigations to investigate whether party members used third parties to place bets.

Sources say the Gaming Commission has identified more persons of interest.

Mason, Conservative official Tony Lee and candidates Craig Williams and Laura Saunders are already under investigation.

The latter two are still campaigning as official Conservative parliamentary candidates, while Mason and Lee are on leave.

Shadow Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson told the BBC there was “genuine disgust” among voters at the allegations.

Meanwhile, the Liberal Democrats have called on Mr Sunak to intervene personally, ordering a Cabinet inquiry into the reports.

A Gambling Commission spokesperson said: “This is an ongoing investigation and we are unable to provide further details at this time.”
