Some of the campaign’s top leaders have held several conference calls since the debate, preaching patience to donors and top surrogates.
Campaign officials, however, insist there has been no discussion “of any kind” about Biden leaving the race, nor about any personnel changes.

The Biden campaign used its funds to help open more than 200 campaign offices in swing states that work with state Democratic parties and have more than 1,000 employees. Biden’s team said that coming out of the debate last weekend, the campaign had organized 1,500 battleground events.
