President Biden again said he would remain in the presidential race. NBC News confirmed that a Parkinson’s specialist visited the White House eight times between last summer and this spring. The White House says Biden does not have Parkinson’s disease. Citing security, he declined to say why the doctor visited. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports
