FORMER President Donald Trump introduced his youngest son, Barron, into the political spotlight for the first time.
Trump brought his 18-year-old son on stage during a political rally in Doral, Florida, on Tuesday to thunderous applause from the crowd.
“Welcome to the scene,” said the former president, as reported by The Daily Mail.
“This is the first time he’s done this. Where’s Barron? Get up. Look at him!”
The Republican presidential candidate praised Barron for how well-received he was in his first step into the spotlight.
“You’re very popular. He might be more popular than Don and Eric,” Trump said.
“We need to talk about this. Hey, Don, we need to talk about this, huh?”
The 78-year-old felon continued to welcome his son before moving on to discuss a possible round of golf against current President Joe Biden.
Trump and Biden argued over their golf games during this year’s first presidential debate, held last month.
