KAMALA Harris has challenged Donald Trump to accept an invitation to a presidential debate – despite his declaration hours earlier that he would “probably” face her.

Harris is making up for lost time on the campaign trail as the 2024 presidential election is less than 100 days away.

She landed in the key battleground state of Georgia and pulled out all the stops during her rally.

Harris addressed the controversy surrounding her first debate with Trump and was quick to criticize him for backing out of the confrontation.

“He’s not going to debate — but it’s funny that he and his running mate certainly have a lot to say about me,” she said.

Harris then addressed the camera directly and said, “Donald, I hope you’ll reconsider – to meet me on the debate stage – because, as the saying goes, if you have something to say, say it to my face!”

Trump was asked during a Fox News interview Monday night whether he would debate Harris.

“The answer is yes, I will probably end up debating,” he told Laura Ingraham.

Ingraham pressed Trump on why he wouldn’t debate Harris and pointed out that Democrats speculated he was afraid to debate his opponent.

He explained that it would make no sense to debate Harris until she was the official Democratic nominee.

Harris has secured enough delegates to become the party’s nominee, however, she will not be officially nominated until the Democratic National Convention, which begins on August 19.

Trump also took the opportunity to criticize Democrats for nominating Harris so close to the election.

STRANGE ACCUSATIONS

Harris didn’t hesitate when approaching her opponent in Georgia.

She casually told the audience that “a lot of what they [Trump and Vance] saying is just…weird.”

Democrats have used the word “weird” to casually throw shade at Republicans during the election.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who is on Harris’ list of possible vice presidential picks, recently called out Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, in the X.

He wrote: “These guys are just weird.”

Former Republican presidential candidate and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy responded to Democrats for insulting X.

“This whole ‘they’re weird’ argument from Democrats is idiotic and juvenile. This is a presidential election, not a prom queen contest.

“It’s also a bit ironic coming from the party that preaches ‘diversity and inclusion,’” he wrote.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez responded to Ramaswamy’s tweet, writing, “Being obsessed with suppressing women is silly.

“Trying to watch what LGBTQ+ people do all the time is abnormal. Punishing people who have no biological ancestry is scary.

“It’s an incel platform, man. It’s SUPER weird. And people need to know,” she wrote.

Trump responded to the “outlandish” accusations during his Fox interview and was quick to push the controversy back to Harris, accusing her of being the odd candidate out.

GEORGIA RALLY

Georgia is a key battleground state with 16 electoral votes.

The state consistently favored Republican candidates from 1972 to 2016.

President Biden beat Donald Trump by 0.2% in 2020 and the state turned blue by electing two Democratic senators.

Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff narrowly won the elections and Warnock secured victory in the second round.

Both senators attended Harris’ rally and expressed strong support for her presidential bid.

Warnock urged Georgians to vote for Harris, stating that “the presidential race goes through Georgia.”

Megan Thee Stallion then took the stage wearing a blue pantsuit to perform a medley of her songs for the audience.

She shouted out Harris and told the audience they were making history.

Rapper Quavo also took to the podium to support Harris.

He said she “made deals” and expressed her desire to end gun violence on the streets of Atlanta.

Manager Tyler Greene introduced Harris to the stage.
